Indvidual counselling can provide you with a safe place to feel heard and explore your experiences. Through meaningful connection and collaboration, we can explore these challenges and build resources and skills to support you on this journey.
Teen Counselling (14+)
Counselling can provide a space to explore those overwhelming moments in life. Together we can explore challenges with our peers, family conflicts, school and work issues, and more. We will focus on co-creating skills and strengths to help you when things become challenging.
Psychdelic Integration
After a psychedelic experience it's common to experience a wide range of emotions. Psychedelic integration involves taking the insights and teachings gained from the psychedelic experience and integrating them into your everyday life. Although I do not endorse the consumption or possession of any illegal substance, I can support you in unpacking and integrating your journey.
