Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is an intentional space to pause, slow down, and reconnect with your mind and body. It’s a time to explore, feel, and process, bringing awareness to patterns and integrating them, all while receiving compassionate support.

You’ll cultivate self-awareness, identify patterns that shape your life, and reconnect with your values and desires. You’ll also gain practical skills to build your capacity to manage stress and difficult emotions. This is a space where you can explore challenges, feel seen and heard, and develop the resources you need to move forward.

Together, we’ll find the best approach to meet your needs and support your journey.

Internal Family Systems

We all have different “parts” within us—each with its own feelings, beliefs, and motivations. Sometimes, these parts work in harmony, but other times, they can be in conflict. Just like members of a family, our parts can take on extreme roles to protect us. Some parts adapt to help us succeed and achieve, while others, often younger parts, may hold onto pain or fear from past experiences.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy helps us understand and connect with these parts. By building a compassionate relationship with them, we can release the burdens they carry, resolve inner conflicts, and create a greater sense of balance and self-acceptance. It’s a powerful approach that allows us to heal, grow, and feel more at peace within ourselves.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a proven, evidence-based therapy designed to help people heal from the effects of trauma. It operates from the premise that negative beliefs, feelings, and behaviours are the result of unprocessed memories. Traumatic events sometimes have a way of sticking with people and can make it difficult to function. EMDR can help when traditional talk therapies aren't effective. EMDR involves bilateral stimulation such as eye movements, alternating hand-tapping, or alternating sounds to help your brain process and release trauma in a safe and supportive way. This allows you to reframe those painful memories, reducing their emotional hold on you.

Psychedelic Integration Therapy

Preparation & Integration

The resurgence of interest in psychedelic medicines and non-ordinary states of consciousness reflects their profound potential for healing and transformation. These experiences can open doors to deep insight, connection, and growth—but without thoughtful preparation and support, they may also feel overwhelming or disorienting.

As a regulated professional, I cannot condone or endorse the use of illegal substances. However, I work from a harm-reduction perspective, offering a compassionate and grounded space where you can explore your intentions, expectations, and concerns surrounding these experiences. Whether you’re preparing for or reflecting on a psychedelic journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. My approach is rooted in the belief that cultivating safety, connection, and self-awareness is essential to navigating these powerful states with care and respect.

Let’s explore how to navigate your journey with intention and heart. For more on psychedelic integration therapy, explore here.
